  • Founded upon the integration of Fuji Electric Group's logistics departments, capitalized at 450 million yen.
1979
  • Relocated head office to Mita, Minato-Ku, Tokyo.
1980
  • Launched export logistics services.
1983
  • Launched 24/7 emergency delivery services for computer repair parts.
1987
  • Established representative office in Hong Kong. (In 1996, reorganized into Fuji Logistics (H.K.) Co., Ltd.)
1992
  • Established branch in the Netherlands. (In 1994, reorganized into Fuji Logistics Europe B.V.)
  • Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1993
  • Acquired Hakko Unyu Shokai . (changed its trade name to Fuji Logistics International Co., Ltd., merged with Fuji Logistics Co., Ltd. in October 2004)

  • Entered into capital and business alliance with Fuji Electric Holdings Co., Ltd. and Toyota Industries Corporation.

  • Acquired SII Logistics Inc.
  • Established Fuji Logistics (China) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China.

  • Joined Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation Group as a subsidiary by the tender offer.
